BESPOKE FACIAL 60 minutes | £120
My Bespoke Facial is a completely personalised face, neck and décolleté treatment designed around what your skin needs at the time of your appointment. It can be adapted for concerns including dehydration, congestion, dullness, uneven texture, pigmentation and signs of ageing. Depending on your skin, your treatment may include professional exfoliation or peel, extractions when required, massage, professional masks and selected advanced technologies such as ultrasonic, micro-current, high frequency, vacuum/lymphatic techniques, non-needle RF, cold therapy or LED. Not every technique is used on every client. The treatment is selected individually after assessing your skin. Professional GENOSYS Korean Skincare and other carefully selected professional products may be incorporated according to your skin’s needs. ESSENTIAL FACIAL | Oil Controller Facial 55 minutes
Designed for oily, congested, combination and breakout-prone skin. The treatment focuses on gentle exfoliation, cleansing and extractions where appropriate. High frequency and professional calming or balancing products may be incorporated according to the condition of the skin. The aim is to leave the skin feeling cleaner, fresher and more balanced without unnecessarily over-treating it.
REHYDRATING FACIAL 35 minutes
A refreshing treatment for dry, dehydrated, stressed or tired-looking skin. Professional hydrating skincare is combined with selected facial technology and a relaxing treatment approach to help leave the skin feeling softer, replenished and refreshed. A lovely option when your skin simply needs a hydration boost.
HYDRA-FACIAL 50 or 65 minutes
A multi-step facial designed to deeply cleanse, exfoliate, remove impurities and replenish the skin with hydration. Your treatment can include exfoliation, vacuum cleansing, extractions when required and professional serum infusion, with additional techniques selected according to the treatment booked and your skin. Ideal when you want fresh, clean, hydrated and glowing-looking skin.
SENSITIVE & REDNESS-PRONE SKIN FACIAL 60 minutes
A gentle, personalised facial designed for sensitive, reactive and redness-prone skin, including clients with rosacea where a professional facial is appropriate. The treatment focuses on calming, hydrating and supporting the skin barrier using carefully selected professional skincare and gentle techniques. Every treatment is adapted individually, as sensitive and redness-prone skin can have very different needs. If your skin is experiencing significant irritation or an active flare-up, treatment may need to be modified or postponed.

Personalised Bespoke Facial Experience
GENOSYS BIO-MICRO-NEEDLING FACIAL 45 minutes
An advanced skin-renewal facial using the GENOSYS Bio-Meso professional system, combining a CO₂ treatment with bio-micro-needling spicules and professional PDRN skincare. Unlike traditional micro-needling, this treatment does not use needles. Microscopic spicules are gently worked into the skin to stimulate the skin’s natural renewal process and enhance the delivery of professional active ingredients. The treatment is designed to improve the appearance of dullness, uneven texture, enlarged-looking pores, fine lines and overall skin quality, leaving the complexion looking fresher, smoother and revitalised. The treatment is personalised according to your skin, and suitability will be assessed before treatment.
ADVANCE MICRO-NEEDLING 65 minutes
Professional micro-needling uses controlled micro-channels to stimulate the skin’s natural renewal process and support collagen and elastin production. It may help improve the appearance of fine lines, uneven texture, enlarged-looking pores, acne scarring, post-acne marks and loss of firmness. RF MICRO-NEEDLING
RF Micro-needling combines controlled micro-needling with radio-frequency energy delivered into the skin. It provides an additional energy-based approach for clients looking to address concerns such as skin texture, firmness and signs of ageing. Advanced Micro-needling and RF Micro-needling are different treatments. The most appropriate option depends on your individual skin and goals and can be discussed during consultation.
RADIO-FREQUENCY LIFTING FACIAL 45 minutes
A non-invasive facial treatment using radio-frequency energy to gently heat deeper layers of the skin. The treatment is designed to support collagen stimulation and improve the appearance of skin firmness and laxity over time. Your suitability and treatment plan will be assessed individually.
DIAMOND MICRODERMABRASION 30 minutes
Diamond microdermabrasion provides controlled mechanical exfoliation using a diamond-tip system combined with gentle suction. It removes surface dead skin cells and can help leave the skin feeling smoother, softer and refreshed. Different tips allow the treatment to be adapted to specific areas, including congestion around the nose.
HYDROABRASION | ULTRASONIC PEEL
A gentle exfoliating and cleansing treatment using ultrasonic vibration on wet skin. It helps loosen surface impurities and dead skin cells without the abrasive action of traditional mechanical exfoliation. This can be particularly useful when a gentler approach to exfoliation is preferred.
